Happy Pi(e) Day!

So today, March 14th, is Pi Day (3.14).

In Honor of that, and having fresh lemons, I made a Pie.

I followed the directions in the Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook (the checkerboard one) for the Crust, Pie & Merengue.

  • Mozarella Cheese

  • Cheddar & Jack Cheese
  • Bell Pepper
  • Onion
  • More Cheddar & Jack Cheese
  • Sausage
  • Bacon
  • Black Olives
  • More Cheddar & Jack Cheese
  • Jalapeño
  • More Sausage
  • More Bacon
  • More Cheddar & Jack Cheese
  • Hot Linguiça
  • Topped with Shredded Smoked Gouda
